She has obtained some research grants related to applied artificial intelligence for construction safety and one grant on AI and ubiquitous cities. Dr K. W. Chau is currently Chair Professor of Real Estate and Construction and Director of the Ronald Coase Centre for Property Rights Research at The University of Hong Kong.
