It's a ton of laffs for a lot less money, and you get 44 full color photos (ya, black and white are colors). Just have fun with it! The topics here are heavy but Pauly makes them light. Haughty becomes naughty as sex, drugs, and rock & roll mingle their juices with politics and religion. Squeamish people tell you never to discuss these things in polite company, but Pauly knows no squeam. He knows no politeness in politics, as if there is any of that left at all. Who is safe from Pauly's humorous darts? Not the pope, not the obese, not the presidents of the USA. You'll meet a headless Gorgon at the Vatican, a botox granny at the beach, and a Senate committee that force feeds your neighbor to keep him from lusting after your wife. You'll come away laughing, and maybe even a little bit happier.

Pauly was born near Scarsdale where he was soon taunted for being Catholic, for being Jewish, and for not knowing the difference. He credits this contradictory harassment for sharpening his sense of satire as well as launching his extraordinary career as an international author of three small books. Jansen has long been suspected of living around Niagara Falls, as he is often seen gazing in deep admiration at the wax museum.
