He is the author of ten books, including the award-winning Cross-Cultural Management: Essential Concepts. He is an editor of the Journal of International Business Studies and serves as a consultant to business and government on cultural diversity issues. Kerr Inkson earned his PhD at the University of Otagois in New Zealand and now serves as faculty there as well as at Victoria University of Wellington. Since commencing his academic work in the 1960s, Kerr has had a distinguished career in management studies and organizational behavior.
