OverviewLil' Mamas is a screenplay and theatrical play that explores the affects of teenage pregnancy and abortion with an emphasis on the emotional drama that is played out in the lives of adolescence. The dramatization elicits a look into the life of a teen age girl who makes choices according to her mother's experiences and friends. It is a look into the life a young woman who is brave and courageous in her attempt to prevent a lifelong mistake of bringing a child into the world void of responsibility. The play exposes the fact that parental guidance and discipline are not the only precautions that do not resolve this issue. Abortion clinics and probable promiscuity in teens with little information does not prevent this problem.
