After that, he joined and received his Ph.D from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras. Later, he moved to the IIT Kharagpur Microelectronics Centre. Dr. Eranna joined CEERI, Pilani, India, as a scientist and is currently a senior principal scientist.
