She is the author, co‑author, and editor of monographs and about one hundred and twenty‑five Polish and foreign scientific articles devoted to the issues of management, especially crowdsourcing, knowledge management, and organizational behaviour. She is also a principal investigator and participant in eight international research projects and a reviewer and member of the Editorial Board of many recognized scientific journals and scientific conferences in Poland and in the world.
