After graduating from University of the Arts London in 2009 she worked as a graphic designer for a variety of advertising and packaging design agencies before rediscovering her love of cross stitch design. She now divides her time between her commercial design work and creating cross stitch patterns. Known for their typographic flair and bold use of colour, Emma's designs have featured extensively in magazines both in the UK and USA, including Cross Stitcher, World of Cross Stitching and Cross Stitch Crazy. Alongside her commission-based work she also sells her patterns to stitchers all over the world through her online Etsy store 'Stitchrovia'.
