C.T. Sadanandan (a.k.a. C.T.S., C.T., Major) has a professional career spanning close to four decades. He started his leadership journey as an officer in the Indian Army in 1984. During his service with the Army, he served with the Indian Peace Keeping Force (IPKF) in Sri Lanka, and later with the elite National Security Guard (NSG- Black Cat Commandos).
