Renowned for his expertise in turnaround strategies, he has consulted for the International Cricket Council, providing strategic direction. Prof Faul's academic background spans stakeholder management, law, and mega and major sporting events. As a trained mediator, he founded the Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution in Sport, showcasing his commitment to conflict resolution. Additionally, he co-founded CEOs in Sport, focusing on the professional development of sports executives, and played a key role in establishing the South African Sports Law Association.Commencing his administrative career in 2003 as CEO of Northwest Cricket, Prof Faul later served as acting CEO of Cricket South Africa in 2012 and 2020. His leadership at Titans Cricket since 2013 has contributed to its recognition as the most successful franchise in the modern cricket era.
