Author Information

Rohinton Medhora joined the Centre for International Governance Innovation as president in 2012 after having served on its International Board of Governors since 2009. Dane Rowlands received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Toronto, and has since been teaching at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, Carleton University, where he serves as director.
