Overview

Criminal Litigation & Legal Issues in Criminal Procedure is designed to incorporate the substantive law of criminal procedure into a trial advocacy course. The traditional trial advocacy course is concerned almost exclusively with ""skills training"" (e.g., learning techniques for cross-examining a witness), but does not incorporate much, if any, substantive law.
