OverviewIn 1895 Frank Mitchell, of Cambridge and Yorkshire, led a combined Oxford and Cambridge university cricket team to North America. They opened the tour with two minor games against All New York and Canada before concluding with three first-class matches in Philadelphia. They met the Gentlemen of Philadelphia on two occasions and played another first-class fixture against Penn University past and present.
