"Pierre Mouchette is Founder and CEO of Real Property Experts LLC, an internet source of real estate knowledge. He is a graduate of New York University, and has a Certificate in Real Estate Law from Fairfield University. Working for Consulting Engineers in New York City and in private practice, Pierre obtained 27 years of experience in the design of mechanical systems for Research Facilities, Food Processing Plants, Hospitals, Schools, Apartment and Office Complexes, followed by an additional six years in Connecticut. In addition to his engineering experience, Pierre has worked as a licensed Connecticut Real Estate Broker for six years, and three years as a Mortgage Broker. Pierre was featured in the Bridgeport Post (now The Connecticut Post) front-page ""Business"" section on January 20, 1990 for bringing Buyer Brokerage into the State of Connecticut. Concurrent to this time frame Pierre has acquired thirty plus years as an investor in real property."
