Overview

In his second volume, Franklyn Sills extends the concepts and skills covered in Volume I into the specific structural membranous and tissue dynamics of the human form. The guiding principle remains the Breath of Life, as defined by William Garner Sutherland in his development of cranial osteopathy - that is, a resonant, inherent intelligence within the body-mind that can be tapped and activated in healing.

Reviews

Drawing on developments in biophysics, psychotherapy, and neuroscience, and working from classical osteopathic roots, he has helped to pioneer a new therapeutic modality, Craniosacral Biodynamics. This approach reaches far beyond the traditional limits of physical medicine. His two volumes which outline the fundamentals of Craniosacral Biodynamics will benefit humanity well into the new millennium. - Katherine Ukleja, D.O., Senior Lectureer, Karuna Institute and Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust, UK I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in learning about craniosacral therapy. It is clearly written, richly illustrated, and brimming with clinical wisdom. -Daniel J. Benor, M.D., Editor of the International Journal of Healing and Caring. Anyone who is interested in the essence of the craniosacral approach should read this remarkable book. -Michael Kern, D.O., RCST, Course Director of the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust, U.K., Author of Wisdom in the Body
