Fabini found his passion in the relationship between man and horse and began his current body of work, Cowboys of the Americas, in 2004. Wade Davis is a former Explorer-in-Residence at the National Geographic Society and is currently a member of the NGS Council of Explorers. Author of 17 books, including The Serpent and the Rainbow, One River, The Wayfinders and The Sacred Headwaters, he holds degrees in anthropology and biology and received his Ph.D. in ethnobotany, all from Harvard University.
