Reviews

A crafted, inspirational true-life story at the level of Angela's Ashes, that comes only once in a generation; an unyielding emotional and living reminder for us to appreciate all that we have, and how - in the end - what matters most is family and helping those in need. Corrie and the Rose Accordion is a literary beacon showing us how the pure heart of a little girl can conquer the staggering adversity of history's most evil event. This book is a keeper, a must-read for all - a biography that flows like a masterfully depicted epic. -Vic Schukov, long-standing author/journalist/ biographer; interviewer of thousands of everyday heroes. A truly notable recant of [Corrie's] experience throughout this time...As I read, my heart was heavy with sadness...[Corrie] is a true heroine. -Cheryl Langevin, Sick & Visiting Representative, Brighton Legion, Branch 100. Formerly Chair of Raise the Roof Committee.
