Dr Xinting Jia is an Associate at Responsible Investment Unit of Mercer Investment Consulting; previously she worked at the Centre for International Corporate Governance Research of Victoria University in Australia and remains as an Adjunct Fellow of the Centre. Professor Roman Tomasic is the chair in company law at Durham University in the UK and previously worked on this project at Victoria University in Australia. The authors would like to acknowledge that the findings and opinions in this book are based only on the authors’ personal views.
