Currently, he is the Director for Public Affairs, Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF), Singapore. He is also a lecturer for European Studies at the National University of Singapore and the Managing Editor of Asia Europe Journal. He received his MA from the University of Bridgeport/Yale University and PhD (Economics) from London School of Economics. His previous positions include: Principal Administrator for European Commission, Brussels; First Secretary of EU Delegation, Tokyo; and Counselor of EU Delegation, Vienna.
