Hopp, M.D., M.S., ., completed a combined medical school and graduate school program at the Chicago Medical School and now specializes in cornea and external eye diseases and surgery. A cornea specialist, Dr. Hopp is in private practice at the Beverly Hills Center for Vision Correction in Beverly Hills, California. Dr. Hopp offers collagen cross-linking for patients with progressive keratoconus and post-LASIK ectasia. After medical school, Dr. Hopp completed a fellowship at the Doheny Eye Institute at the University of Southern California. Following his ophthalmology training at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center, Dr. Hopp completed a cornea and refractive surgery fellowship at the University of Texas in San Antonio. Currently he is on the clinical faculty at the Stein Eye Institute at U.C.L.A.; he is an attending physician at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. As a cornea specialist, Dr. Hopp has been invited to universities and international meetings to lecture on topics of cornea diseases and refractive surgery.
