Author Information

David Berry is a lecturer in the Media and Communication department at the University of Swansea. He co-founded the highly acclaimed indymedia newspaper SchNEWS, together with Gibby Zobel, in the early 1990s. He then moved to work for Reuters before returning to academia to research issues surrounding copyleft, open source and the social, political and cultural implications of these movements.
