This book presents the conclusions of the ESPRIT project 6310, Multimedia Toolbox for Cooperative Applications (MMTCA). The objective of the MMTCA project was to design and build a toolbox for the development of cooperative applications with special attention to the requirements of multimedia applications. Revolutionary software was developed to add to PC's, using the standard Windows operating system without changes to the applications.
