Overview

Cookle is an activity where relatively young children (from 4 years) start cooking. This can be in a class context, but can also be done at children's parties. The stories in this book are thematic and every story is simple. There is a recognizable illustration for the children to color in the manual. A recipe is mentioned in every story where a theme can be (for primary schools, with reference to Pyramid and Treasury method) deployed. Anita Teunissen-Driesen was born in The Hague. In 1963, She lives with her husband and two daughters in Zoetermeer and worked there as a kindergarten teacher in the school Schrijverke. She only became a teacher later in life. She took the role of a mother in school and found life in the classroom to be as fun and challenging. That is why she decided to pursue it and train as a teaching assistant. But, it does not stop there. In 2006, she graduated from training as a teacher. Her inspiration comes from the enthusiasm of the children with whom she enjoys working with daily.
