Cooking The Japanese Way

Overview

Japan's distinctive style of cooking is derived from principles of freshness, simplicity and beauty. Employing only the freshest of foods, Japanese cooks strive to show their deep respect for nature, preserving the natural flavours of the food while accentuating its appearance by deference to its colour and texture. Now kids can learn how to treat themselves, their families and their friends to delicious, authentic Japanese meals.
