Author Information

Diane McMillan grew up in the heart of the Niagara Peninsula in Ontario, Canada. She started to write poetry after retiring and just couldn't stop. It wasn't long until she had enough wonderful rhymes for her first book, The Countryside Book of Verse. The poems kept coming and were more than enough for two more books, Whimsy, Dreams and Laughter, and God Likes Poetry, Too! Because so many children were reading and enjoying the first three books, Diane selected and wrote poems with children's enjoyment in mind, Cookies, Kids and Toys.
