He holds an undergraduate degree in Engineering from the University of Michigan and an advanced degree from Indiana University, in addition to certifications from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) for Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Reliability Engineering, Quality Management and Quality Engineering. Bill has implemented over 100 Designed Experiments for multiple industrial and service based clients over the past 20 years, but likely is best known for teaching a series of innovative courses on data, statistics and Design of Experiments throughout the United States, Canada, Africa and the Middle East.
