She has also taught at the University of Sydney Law School. Before that, she conducted her PhD in the School of Private and Commercial Law, Faculty of Law and Justice at the University of New South Wales. Her PhD was funded by the Australian Government’s Endeavour Leadership Program. She also holds an LLM in Commercial Law and an LLB from the Northwest University of Politics and Law. Belle’s areas of research are in corporate law, corporate governance, and comparative law. She has written a number of papers on corporate information disclosure from a comparative perspective and published in top-ranking Australian and international journals.
