Her research focuses on the cultural study of sacred texts, especially the Hebrew Bible. Caroline Vander Stichele is Professor of New Testament and Cultural Impact of the Bible in Western Culture at the Tilburg School of Catholic Theology, Tilburg University, The Netherlands.
