Michael A. Hayes is President of Mary Immaculate College, Ireland, and editor of The Pastoral Review. Liam Francis Gearon is Senior Research Fellow at Harris Manchester College and Associate Professor in the Department of Education at the University of Oxford, UK. A Docent of the University of Helsinki, Finland, and Honorary Senior Research Fellow, University of Birmingham, UK, he is also concurrently Conjoint Professor, Newcastle University, Australia; Visiting Professor Mary Immaculate College, Limerick, Ireland; and Extraordinary Professor, North-West University, South Africa.
