Foreman graduated from the business school of Cal State Fullerton with a B.A. degree in Accounting in 1982 and has spent the last 32 years consulting for clients in the real estate industry. Upon graduation, he took his first job with Kenneth Leventhal & Company (KL&CO), a national accounting firm that specialized in the real estate industry and providing audit, tax, and consulting-related services to land developers and builders. While at KL&CO, John worked on a multitude of audit, tax, and consulting projects, serving clients in the real estate industry the first nine years of his career. John obtained his Certified Public Accounting license in 1986 in the State of California. In 1991, John co-founded the real estate consulting firm Development Planning & Financing Group, Inc., which specializes in providing consulting services to the real estate industry. Under John's leadership and the deployment of the consulting concepts in this book, DPFG has grown to become a highly successful national real estate consulting firm representing some of the most prominent real estate development companies in the nation.
