For many years, he was president of Civitello Construction in Connecticut, a family-owned construction company. A graduate of Syracuse University, he is the also the author of Construction Manager and Complete Contracting, both from McGraw-Hill, and Contractor's Guide to Change Orders, published by Prentice Hall. Sidney M. Levy (Baltimore, Maryland) is an independent construction industry consultant with more than 30 years in the industry.
