He has expertise in the financial side of managing a construction company and construction projects. Steven is the author of Construction Accounting and Financial Management (Pearson, 2020), Construction Estimating using Excel (Pearson, 2018), and Pearson's Pocket Guide to Construction Management (Pearson, 2012) and the coauthor of Estimating in Building Construction (Pearson, 2019). Before arriving at Weber State, Steven spent 15 years working in the construction industry completing projects in the government, commercial, multifamily and environmental sectors.
