Currently, he is pursuing Doctoral Research (Administrative Ethics) at the JAIN (deemed-to-be-university), Bengaluru, since 2017. He has total eight years of experience in teaching and research. Since last six years, he has been working as an Assistant Professor in the Department Studies in Public Administration, University of Mysore. He has published 12 research papers in national and international journals. As a participant, rapporteur and chairperson, he has participated in around 40 national and international conferences/seminars/workshop/webinars. He is also a columnist in Prajavani and Udayakala newspapers. Since last three years he has been working as visiting faculty at the Karnataka Police Academy to train the probationary police sub-inspectors and deputy superintendents of police.
