Perhaps everything that is manifest was preceded by the possibility that it could exist. So we need to consider that Our Something is larger than this universe. Author Alfred Dalrymple believes that the entirety of it is a field the Consciousness Field. And it has a particle whose action allows manifest parts to self-maintain. Man has now added the Higgs Field to known forces, such as electromagnetism, strong and weak nuclear forces, and gravity. Dalrymple believes these forces, and all else, were enabled by the Consciousness Field, and to other areas of thought, because consciousness is immediate, so is its particle s action. If we accept this, and eliminate the barriers assumed in our relationship to the speed of light, we can also have a clearer understanding of cause and effect, the separable nature of things, free will, and fate.

Alfred Dalrymple was born in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. He attended the University of New Hampshire and Columbia University. He served in the US Army from 1954 to 1956 and has lived many years in the Aleutian Islands. Mr. Dalrymple has traveled extensively, particularly to the countries offering subject matter for many of his books one of which is Nepal.
