The Revue d'Actualité Juridique Congolaise is now in its 3rd issue. This latest issue is devoted to the war in the east of the Democratic Republic of the Congo: The first, entitled ""Monusco's non-use of force against the M23: A study of the mandate and principles limiting the intervention of peacekeeping operations in armed conflicts"", consists of a detailed study of Monusco's mandate from 1999 to the present day. At the same time, a study was carried out on the limits that can hinder the intervention of peacekeeping operations.In the second section, entitled ""Contributions pour une connexité des crimes graves commis en la partie orientale de la République démocratique du Congo de 1994 à ce jour"", the aim is to demonstrate the links and connections between the various crimes committed in the eastern part of the DRC from 1994 to the present day.
