Ho-Don Yan is a professor at the Department of Economics, Feng Chia University, Taiwan. ​ Oscar Bajo-Rubio is a professor of Economics at the University of Castilla-La Mancha (Spain).  Diana S. Kwan is currently a community placements administrator at University College London (UK).  Fu-Lai Tony Yu is a professor emeritus at Hong Kong Shue Yan University. He taught at Hong Kong Baptist University, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Monash University (Australia), and Feng Chia University (Taiwan).
