Author Information

Chris Baker is a former teacher who now designs, delivers and assesses leadership development programmes at various scales across various domains. He has a doctorate in leadership self-efficacy, and fuelled by his own personal battles with low confidence is fascinated by its complex role in the way we think, feel and act.
