Overview

When I wrote this book I thought of the chapters as a series of love letters to him depicted in titles of love songs from my favorite artists, it also pays homage to my southern heritage, hip-hop and to my grandmother. He's the boy I wanted to bring home and she passed away before he got a chance to meet her, so I kind of make a tribute to her in the midst of this sexy love story. There's flashbacks in this book that help connect the past to the present, for example Dareon, Enzo and Javi open the book in the present which you will see intertwines with their past in college which shows you the readers how everything happened after high school, but in the end of ""Confessions of a Former Trade boy"" it starts as their future, and it's a toxic love story of the best kind
