Angela Allen is a Cali-Hoosier, born at an Army base in California and brought up in southern Indiana. After spending several years bouncing all over the country in radio, and trying her hand at acting in Hollywood, she came home to Indiana. She went back to college (and had a hard time stopping). After spending eight years working for Social Security, she wrote several books about benefits (including Win Your Benefits!).
