John Turner's life has been anything but ordinary. Author Information

John is a native Mississippian, and grew up in a tiny town called Raymond before he earned his bachelor's degree in Acting/Music from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1997. Two years later, John relocated to the Syracuse, N.Y. area to work for an educational theater company. But in 2002, he was mugged and assaulted, and suffered a near-fatal brain injury in the attack. Since he no longer had the physical capabilities to perform, John re-established a career as a journalist and author. John currently resides in Key West, Fla.
