In relation to this, she has focused on teacher training and innovation as areas of institutionalisation. She has several publications on the subject. Azahara Jiménez-Millán (ella/she/her) works at the Department of Education, University of Cordoba (Spain). She has a degree in Education and Nursing, a Master's degree in Inclusive Education and a PhD in Social Sciences from the University of Cordoba. She is a member of Research Group SEJ- 477 ‘Education, Diversity & Society’. Her main research focuses on the diversity and inclusion, leadership for social justice, and education policies.
