RICHARD C. LAROCK, PhD, is Professor of Chemistry at Iowa State University. Dr. Larock has published two books on applications of organomercurials in organic synthesis, and his work in the field of organopalladium chemistry has resulted in more than 130 publications and 30 patents to date.
