OverviewThis book highlights diverse composting techniques, including vermicomposting, bacterial cellulose-based composting, and inoculum-based solutions, illustrating their role in sustainable waste management and nutrient-rich soil production. It also addresses advanced methods in liquid fertilizer production, such as green chemistry approaches, the role of microorganisms, and the potential of biofertilizer consortia to enhance crop nutrition and soil enrichment. Practical applications in agriculture are emphasized throughout, including the benefits of liquid organic fertilizers for sustainable farming and strategies to minimize environmental impacts, such as reducing nutrient runoff and mitigating water pollution. The book also highlights the importance of engaging local communities to promote sustainable farming practices and innovative waste management solutions. Designed for scientists, engineers and professionals in agriculture, environmental science, and waste management, this book serves as both a scientific reference and a practical guide. Policymakers, agricultural practitioners, and community organizations will also find valuable insights for implementing effective and sustainable organic waste solutions.
