Shanyi Du is a professor at the Composite Materials and Structure Institution of the Harbin Institution of Technology, China. Litong Zhang is a professor at the Northwestern Polytechnical University, China. Prof. Shanyi Du and Litong Zhang are both members of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.
