Author Information

S.I. Strong is Associate Professor of Law at the University of Missouri. Dr Strong previously taught at the University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge and practised as a solicitor in London and as an attorney in New York and Chicago. Liz Williams is a Senior Professional Support Lawyer in the Global Dispute Resolution Practice Group at Baker & McKenzie LLP, based in London. She is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a former Associate Lecturer at the Open University.
