Charles A Oliver, DC, MPT, OCS graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio with a master's in physical therapy. While in private practice, he then obtained his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist designation from the American Physical Therapy Association. Always wanting to learn more techniques to help his patients, he then earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Parker College of Chiropractic.
