She has clinical experience in cognitive rehabilitation, psychiatric rehabilitation, complementary and alternative modalities, and teletherapy. Her nonclinical experiences have included roles such as medical writer, adjunct professor, and project coordinator. Ferri has also published Effective Occupational Therapy Documentation, a textbook for occupational therapy students and new therapists. Ferri received her Master of Science in occupational therapy from Quinnipiac University in 2016.
