Author Information

Harry Hyungyu Lee is an attorney licensed to practice in the Republic of Korea and an associate of Bae, Kim & Lee, LLC, since 2007. His specialties are in a fields of anti-trust and unfair practice law, general corporation Law, administrative law, and litigation. He majored in law at Korea University School of Law and is a graduate of Emory University School of Law. Previously, he was acted as an advisor to Korea Creative Contents Agency advising on anti-trust issues since February 2013 and held lectures at various corporations and associations, including Korea Fair Competition Federation and LawnB. Mr. Lee has published several books and academic journals related to anti-trust, corporate, consumer protection and competition.
