Author Information

Judith Kaspersma has 12 years experience in institutional development and capacity development in the water sector, with experience in the public sector, consultancy, non-governmental organizations and academia. She has worked in a variety of water management projects in the Middle East, South and South East Asia and Africa. She holds a Master Degree in irrigation and water engineering from Wageningen University and with the publication of this book she completed her PhD studies on knowledge and capacity development in the water sector at Unesco-IHE.
