Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationJared Sagini Keengwe is a Professor of Education at the University of North Dakota (UND). He has published extensively in refereed journals and scholarly books. He is the editor-in-chief of two IGI Global Book Series: Advances in Higher Education and Professional Development (AHEPD) and Advances in Early Childhood and K-12 Education (AECKE). His work was honored with the UND Foundation/McDermott Faculty Award for Excellence in Academic Advising. He was a recipient of the North Dakota Spirit Faculty Achievement Award in recognition of significant contributions in teaching, research, and service. At the national level, Prof. Sagini was a recipient of the International Institute of Education Fellowship under the Carnegie African Diaspora Fellowship Program (CADFP) – a scholar fellowship program funded by a grant from Carnegie Corporation of New York (CCNY) for educational projects at African higher education institutions. He was also a recipient of the Council for the Development of Social Science Research in Africa (CODESRIA) Visiting Fellowship. Joyce Gikandi is an information systems and educational technology specialist; with major bias in E-learning and online assessment. She holds a Doctorate in ICT Education of University of Canterbury, New Zealand, a Post Graduate Diploma and MSc in Computer-Based Information Systems of Sunderland University, UK, and a Bachelor’s degree of Egerton University, Kenya. She is an experienced researcher practitioner and has sustained contribution to knowledge through teaching, research and consultancy. Dr Gikandi is currently a Senior Lecturer at Mount Kenya University, Kenya. Her current interests include research and development of effective strategies and tools for ICT application in the field of Education, Agri-business and Health sciences.
