In this era 21st century human being is very techno savvy; Information technology has progressed on a large scale. It is not limited to urban area but it has reached up to the rural area also. Today in our Indian society we are facing many challenges and many problems too. We must focus on solution-based action plan for these all challenges and problems. There are many challenges and problems like unemployment, poverty, farmers suicide, dowry, blind beliefs, misunderstanding regarding mental illness and sufficient information regarding mental illness is not available to people. People dont have complete scientific knowledge about mental illness. Hindrance is fear of what people say and lack of communication. In present research researcher tried to touch some of important areas like socialstigma regarding schizophrenia, burden of care, what patients and caregivers are facing and mental health of caregivers. Its simple philosophy behind it that if we nurture soil around the plant, provides care and water to the plant, it grows smoothly. The researcher is using the same concept here in recovery process of schizophrenia patient.
